The unit transmits on the frequencies 121,5 MHz and 243 MHz

Please: Since 1.1.2010 it is mandatory to transmit on the frequency 406,025 Mhz.

The freqencies 121,5 (civil range) und 243 Mhz (military range) can be used additionally.

The surveillance by satelite ends on Feb. 1st., 2009!

Transmissions on the frequency 121,5 can be received only by ground stations or passing aircrafts!

In Austria it seems to be ok to use the "old" frequencies for a while as there is a tight coverage of ground stations.

This is no guarantee however.

Therefore we sell this article "for demonstration -and instruction use only, not for flight operations"!
