PCAS XRX Traffic Alert

Used device in good condition! Great safety gain in visual flight: The PCAS XRX is a portable device that recognizes only transponders of other air traffic participants in the vicinity (up to 6 NM)! The collision warning system shows the next three air traffic participants, provided they have switched on their transponders. It provides information about the relative altitude in relation to your own flight altitude, the distance and the direction (!) In which the other air traffic participants are roughly. The accuracy of the display is 0.2 NM for the distance and +/- 200 ft for the relative altitude! It also shows whether the respective other air traffic participant is climbing or descending. If another road user comes too close, there is an acoustic signal that can be heard either via the integrated beeper or via the headset, provided it is connected via the audio cable supplied. The device is very practical because you can take it with you on every aircraft and simply place it on the panel (Velcro sticker). It only requires a power source and no external antenna. Either the on-board network via direct connection or a cigarette lighter adapter or a power bank serves as the power source. See accessories below! You can connect the PCAS to some navigation devices, EFIS systems or the IPad (with Flight Guide iEFB), whereby the traffic display is displayed directly on the respective navigation map (photo!). This requires adapters that are not included in this offer! Use the PCAS in aircraft made of metal, composite construction, shoulder-wing or low-wing aircraft. The device includes a gyro as a position sensor (turn & bank), a compass, a directional antenna, an altimeter and a thermal sensor! The menu navigation is simple, the display is easy to read and illuminated for night flights. The PCAS XRX also has a pressurized cabin mode for use in the cockpit of a pressurized cabin. No external connections are required here either.
